A healthy and fruity product created through a collaboration between Gomi no YONEYA and Bay FM

In 2019, NAGOMI-YONEYA, which celebrated its 120th anniversary, and FM radio station Bay FM, which celebrated its 30th anniversary, collaborated on the development of Japanese sweets!

The female staff from both companies were the main participants in the creation of "BAY-B YOKAN," a "new type of jelly filled with new ideas and concepts that will be loved for a long time and that people will want to recommend to others."

1. Creating new flavors by combining different ingredients
We took on the challenge of creating new flavors by combining different ingredients, choosing exciting ingredients that women would enjoy, and devising ways to combine them.

Rapeseed blossoms from Chiba Prefecture are pureed and kneaded into the jelly, then sprinkled with lemon peel to add an accent to the aroma and texture.
This jelly is a perfect combination of the subtle bitterness of rape blossoms, a beloved flower of Chiba Prefecture, and the refreshing scent of lemon.
