We use sweet potato paste harvested in Narita, NAGOMI-YONEYA's local area, to create a moist, smooth texture that melts in your mouth.

The dough is soaked in plenty of chocolate and baked until moist.

This yokan is made using salt from Kujukurihama Beach using the Agehama Salt Fields method.
