"Brown Sugar Steamed Manju" uses brown sugar produced on the eight islands of Okinawa Prefecture. The quality of the raw sugar cane varies depending on the island's topography and soil, so the brown sugar from the eight islands has different flavors such as sweetness and saltiness.
To allow you to enjoy the rich flavors of Okinawa, we will offer eight types of steamed buns, two of which will be available every two weeks.
