You can view local people's artworks for free. There is a wide range of exhibits, including ink paintings and pottery.

We regret to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances, we will be canceling the application process for the Narita Lifelong Learning Citizens Gallery in 2027. (Applications will not be accepted in April of this year.)
Regarding the gallery for this year, 2026, it will be held as scheduled for those who have already applied.
