This YONEYA has been in business for over a century with the desire to "provide delicious flavors that soothe the soul and bring comfort."

While we respect tradition, we always strive to make sweets that meet the needs of our customers, and therefore our variations have been flexible to keep up with the times.

We create sweets with a focus to please our customers.
We want as many people as possible to experience the feeling of "nagomi" by serving delicious sweets. We will continue to make sweets that match the times.

Baking sweets is similar to photography. When taking a photo, if you don't focus properly on the subject, the photo will be blurry. This is what we call "out of focus."
Of course, the people we deliver comfort to through our sweets are our customers. We will create sweets that are in line with the voices of our customers and the needs of the times.
