About Dorayaki
Dorayaki is a kind of cake that consists of sweet red bean paste sandwiched between two layers of baked fluffy sponge made from flour, eggs and sugar.
The name derives from the words "dora," meaning gong, reflecting the shape of the cake, and "yaki," meaning baked.
Dorayaki is very popular in Japan with both children and adults.
